During the period 04/01/21 – 30/09/21 we delivered GWO courses to 3532 participants and had 145 responses to the participants feedback emailed and uploaded onto the website on completion of the course. We are extremely delighted with the comments and reviews, especially during these difficult times as we always strive to ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to within the government guidelines for COVID-19.

I found the course extremely enjoyable and very well taught. Simon was extremely attentive to each member of the group. As the class was a mixture of experienced and novice slingers, he really strived to make sure we were all brought up to the same high standards. Staff were also all very friendly, joining instructions where spot-on and the facilities where well equipped and exceptionally clean and well presented. Definitely the best tutor/teaching experience I've had from a training centre and this will make me choose OPS for any training needs in the future. Thanks to Simon and all at OPS

That is my second course at OPS and I am extremely satisfied the way you choose your instructors. Dave certainly has that drive, that you would love to see everywhere else(but it does not happen, unfortunately) and gives so much useful additional information, it is just brilliant. I have done quite a few courses in the past and I am very pleased to see the huge difference, gap, between OPS and other centres regarding the freelancers they take on to lead courses. By far the best industrial training course I have attended. Also the hardest i.e. with the steepest learning curve. John makes the course enjoyable but at the same time makes you appreciate the seriousness of the training with regards your safety and the safety of your workmates. It was the best First Aid Course that I've ever done, and I've done a few.  With a common sense approach to really putting lives first, it felt extremely valuable in that more lives will be saved as a result of Phil's ways of teaching and the content provided.  There wasn't a dull moment over the 2 days and the other participants and I couldn't help but want to know more.  This wasn't just a ticking-off exercise, it was a lesson in how to really Preserve Life, Prevent Worsening and Promote Recovery.  Thank you   John Moss Renewable Energy Consultant / Contractor

To whom it concerns, After completing the train the painter course which ran from 09/01/17 through to 13/01/17. I would like to put a bit of feedback together about the course and the way it was delivered. I attended OPS Liverpool on Monday morning and immediately was made to feel very welcome and introduced to the course instructor, Jonathan Hewitt. When I sat down and saw the course content for the first time it was overwhelming how much there was to take in, however as Jonathan started to present the course and I started to get my head around it, it fast became both interesting and enjoyable. This was down to how Jonathan presented the course and how he added in his own experience's and humour in relation to the content that we were learning. Along with this and the revision notes that I was given helped me to pass this course and I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Jonathan and everyone involved. PMP utilities have used and intend to use for all our IRATA operatives, the training services of OPS-Training (offshore painting services) and the service we receive is beyond the level of service we would normally expect from a training provider.  The professionalism, helpfulness of their team is very reassuring and they are prepared to go that extra mile to meet our needs beyond the level of training as well as the centre being very well located at the end of the motorway.  On attending the training centre we were extremely impressed with their facilities and the high standard of training delivered.  It is by far one of the best if not the best training centre in the north-west for offshore and rope access.   Over the past year you have provided specialist coating solutions for both Working at height, from platforms, cherry pickers and structural ladders and from rope access offshore. With circa 12 painters onsite covering 160 assets onshore and again offshore, post installation, your experience with us has been extensive during which your service and quality has been commendable! During all work, the supervisors have acted professionally, I have appreciated your personal interest in the works and your regular site visits, ensuring the standard remains high. Your entire team have a consistent thoroughness to Environmental, Health and Safety controls. They show a complete knowledge and compliance to your RAMS, permit to works system and the Safety Rules Clearance Certificate system. We had the chance to watch your Rope Access team working last week, and should commend them for not only their thoroughness to procedures, safe working practices and quality of workmanship but also their friendliness, professionalism and great attitudes! We have not finished yet and are entering a time on this project where we are going to be making a great effort to complete during a period that will challenge our enthusiasm. I know your teams will persevere and retain their high standards of safety and quality, and for this reason I would look forward to working with any of them and Offshore Painting Services again in future projects.
