Goracon Lift, User, Installation, Service and Maintenance
COURSE AIM
The aim of the course is to gain the knowledge, skills and abilities that are required to ensure the safe operation and installation of the GWB-250-SWP and GWB-450-SWP service lifts as well as carryout the annual maintenance following instruction from the manufacturer’s operation manuals.
THE COURSE CONTENT COVERS
- Safe handling and operation of the G-Service Lift
- Recognising dangers and implementing required preventative measures
- Performing the daily checks following Goracon checklists
- Preparing documentation and accompanying paperwork
- Installation and maintenance following Goracon operation manuals
COURSE CONTENTS
Each course delegate will be expected to complete a short theory test and practical assessment to demonstrate a good understanding of the course contents. If successful, a certificate will be issued covering the following areas:
- General Safety Advice
- Product Safety Features
- Safety Operation and Handling
- Safe Assembly & Disassembly
- Troubleshooting
- Checklist “Daily Check”
- User Training
- Installation
- Inspection & Maintenance
WHAT DELEGATES NEED TO BRING
Each delegate is required to produce photographic ID on the first day of the course. Failure to do so will result in the delegate being unable to attend.
Safety footwear is required. If the course is held on a client’s site additional PPE may also be required as specified by the client’s safety rules.
